“We requested a 1st floor room and were put on 2nd floor which was fine but the bldg was struck by lightning that night and knocked out power to the elevators and the wi-fi. My wife is handicapped and we asked to be given a room on the 1st floor. The staff helped us move and were so graceious. Thanks.”
