“The staff went above and beyond to rescue my daughter and grandchildren when she was rear ended on her way to the hotel. With their vehicle totaled, they were stranded on the side of the road. The hotel sent a shuttle to load them and all their stuff up, upgraded their room, fed them and overall were completely fabulous. The room was clean and comfortable, very roomy. The breakfast was delicious and kid approved. I appreciate everything the entire staff did to help my family when I was too far away to do so myself. They treated my family as their own, and I won't forget it.”
