“Hampton inn was a great stay in Wilkes barre I will not stay any where else.the staff was nice and friendly.any request I had was fulfill as for the microwave,frig and iron.the beds were great nice and comfty.the breakfast was great my family enjoyed it,we didn't have to go out for breakfast. thanks to the staff at Hampton inn save a little money. I would recommend this hotel to 1000 people. also great pool can not forget that kids loved it.I even got a chance to use the laundry facility. Anyone who stays in Wilkes barre take advantage of the great customer service that the hampton inn has from morning to night staff you won't be disappointed.”
“Our check in experience was great - Jasmin and Amanda were very helpful. They were the best. Jasmin did it all; check in, shuttle driver, and Cookie baker. She went over and beyond with customer service by getting a step stool for my friend to make it easier getting in and out. I would return to this property if ever in the area again.
