“Troy was a Rock Star!!!!!! Our rental car's battery died in the parking lot. We were ready to start exploring and the battery was dead. We called for road service to get us going and it would be a 90 minute wait!!! However we asked at the front desk if anyone could jumper cables and lo and behold, Troy was at our car in a few minutes the cables. Husband and Troy did the man stuff and got the car started right away. 90 minutes does not seem like a long time but when you are on vacation and ready to go, it does.....Troy was great and the whole team at the front desk Rocked!!!!! So all yes the”

“The hotel is well located for access to the Kennedy Space Centre, which is why we booked it. It's just off the I-95 but the noise does not penetrate to the Hotel. Breakfast is above average, rooms clean and comfortable as you would expect from a Hilton partner. It is slightly out of town, so evening dinning might be an issue without travel but plenty of the local restaurants do a delivery service - for us pizza delivered after a long day was what we needed. We didn't use any of the onsite facilities so I can not comment on those.”

“Everything was perfect! The room was refreshing with light colors and modern decor. The bathroom was super clean with sliding barn door. Great hot/cold breakfast selections, like eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, make your own waffles, coffee, orange/grapefruit juice. Very well organized.”

“Everything was excellent. Payton, the young lady at the front desk was awesome with us and our 9 year grandson. Payton, directed us to places to eat, and visit in the area. You know food network also states to talk to the locals to find the best places. Payton, was a huge hit with our grandson. I also was able to see and hear Payton interact with the other guest. She is awesome!! She needs a promotion. Chris will be writing Payton a thank you card this week before school starts to Payton. Chris, our grandson so wanted to stay in a hotel with a big bed all to himself. He gave it two thumbs up. Is there anything higher than a 10.”

“Great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived early. They let us store our luggage until room was ready. Called us and let us know room was ready. Everyone made our stay very enjoyable.”

“The staff was very friendly and accomodating. There were some facility concerns. In our room, the bathroom shelves were attached to the wall with caulking, not hardware. They were hanging a bit off the wall and I didn't feel it was safe to put anything up there. The pool was very nice. It is near a retention pond with standing water so the mosquitoes made swimming unpleasant. They need fans or other bug deterrents outside (a screen?) Breakfast was good, the location to Kennedy Space Center and other tourists places was excellent, and it was quiet despite the large amount of people who were staying there. I would go back!”

“The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Payton checked us in and helped us throughout our stay. We purchased the tickets for the Kennedy space Center there. We needed and extra bed in our room and there was no difficulty in obtaining it.”
