“the pool was very dirty. When i asked about why they had not cleaned pool, the desk clerk said they only clean it on Monday and Friday. I assume this is a service so I would hope someone at the site would check pool our daily. It was 90 degrees and very humid. There were leaves everywhere in and out of pool and the bottom was very dirty. this is what i didn't like What we did like was the breakfast. There were hot selections and fruit.”

Donald helped us find our Hilton Honors number that we had forgotten to bring since we didn't know Hampton and Hilton were in the same family. Miss Rita in Housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed. They all did an amazing job. We definitely plan to visit again and will stay at this facility.”
“Majority of the staff were courteous. My first encountered staff member was horrible. She did not greet me or tell me her name when I walked up to the desk, just asked for credit card & license. Then proceeded to leave her station in the middle of my checkin to assist someone else who had previously checked in, without saying, "excuse me, please" or "I will be right back"”

It's not a location convenient for walking places, but it is a short drive to just about anywhere in town.”
