“- Hotel rooms are immaculate and modern, - The rooms were cleaned daily and had a free safe and air conditioning, - Friendly staff in the reception, - The reception, the dining room, the bar and the pool are quite new areas. Really modern and comfortable. - Cocktails at the pool bar - were amazing. - Free internet access ine the PC's on the lobby (with free access printers - really helpfull when You need to print some boarding passes). - Really good Wi-Fi connection everywhere around Hotel area (including rooms of course).”
“Nice hotel, close to the sea and many bars and restaurants. We went there to spend our last days and have a rest before returning home because it is near the Heraklion airport. The reception, the dining room, the bar and the pool are quite new areas, clean, comfortable and pleasant. Good drinks, I recommend trying the "harma delight". The food is pretty good, especially in relation to the price, but do not expect anything special. Nice staff, we were treated very well during our stay. Good parking area.”
“Very clean and new premises of the hotel Good food selection Location is very good( many shops,restaurants around ) A Boat trip was fantastic On our arrival I didn't like our allocated room,it was too small,too dark,no privacy in our terrace,unfortunately the hotel manager wasn't around and the receptionist could not upgrade our room straight away,I didn't like that,it did stress me out,only the next day the manager upgraded our room which was ok but we had to fight for it (reception staff/management have to show more flexibility and better customer approach when it comes to room upgrading and other services ,it's essential to make customers happy.....”
