“The frontdesk staff was helpful and kind. One of our rooms was upgraded from Studio Room to Suite Room. Surprised to see complimentary drinks and snacks e.g. biscuits & tapioca chips placed at the lobby for hotel guests to help themselves. Only 10-15mins walk from the hotel to Nagoya Mall & Matahari Mall.”

“The receptionist was very helpful, could speak good English. She even helped to order our favourite Kuey Lapis and got the cakes delivered to our Hotel. We asked for directions to the nearby market and malls, she gave very precise and detailed instructions. We made it to the places on foot and managed to buy everything we needed. Very happy with her service”
