“From booking we were expecting a bath in our room. On arrival we had no bath. Questioned at reception and they immediately helped us out and moved us into an upgraded room with a whirlpool bath at no extra cost!!! Excellent customer service, breakfast was nice too!”

“We have stayed here a few times, we love the area. The staff are always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The Rooms are also comfortable and has everything for your needs. The food is excellent 😀 Great place to stay for a weekend away. Spent Christmas here last year and loved it, a magical time can throughly recommend. Planning to stay again next year.”
“The staff were really welcoming, my dog was even treated to a sneaky sausage for breakfast! Also loved the huge bathtub in our room. The location was good (when you have a car) as it's near to lots of great walks.”

“Says dog friendly but told to eat in Bar but no tables to eat at other then high bar stools or low sofa. And if you have a dog you also get a crap room over in the extension part. They did change our room as it was like a broom cupboard and you could not get under the shower head as it was put so low. Would not go back you get what you pay for.”
