“The hotel is at some 1000m , just outside the village and with extensive views over the mountains. Very welcoming and helpful owners with the husband evidently being a skillful and gifted chef. Our room was on the second floor (no lift) and was well and tastefully furnished and decorated. Free bottle of water and fruit was a nice touch. Large bathroom; good linen and towels. A single menu for supper but an excellent one, nicely served and good choice of wines. Particularly attractive dining room. Breakfast wholly satisfactory. An excellent stay.”

The food was amazing - a 4 course meal each evening for a very reasonable price. The owners previously had a big restaurant in Downton Stuttgart and each evening is a different set menu of excellent variety. I would give it all much more than 10/10!”
