“The rooms are quite large and the furnishings are comfortable and generally well-chosen. The complex consists of six buildings with large studio rooms and small 1 br apartments. All of the units have refrigerators, microwave ovens, and coffee makes Some of the studios and all the aprtment sized units have full size refrigerators and a two-burner cooktop, pots and puns, utensils, china, and glassware. A large space where a restaurant once stood ground has been a vacant space for several years. There are outdoor basketball courts, a tennis court, a hot tub, and an attractive outdoor pool. A guest laundry facility is centrally located, and the cost for washing and drying is an affordable $3 per load.”
