“The breakfast was very good and plentiful. It was not just cereal and a bagel. They even had complimentary dinner. It was mac and cheese and sloppy Joe's, but still very good! We slept like a baby the beds were so clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and so was the indoor pool.”

“Basically we liked nothing about this place. They did have a nice new GE full sized refrigerator. But that was not nearly enough to make me forget the awful conditions I paid to live in for a night. I will not stay here again and will NOT recommend to my friends (I'm not that evil). Instead I will warn them not to stay here! Several hundred of us stay up twice a year for an assembly in the area, but we will be staying in a hotel not part of the Wyndham brand since they cannot be trusted to provide pleasant living conditions.”
“Rooms were spacious,very clean and updated, bed was very comfortable with perfect selection of different pillows.. Staff was great, kids loved the pool and we all loved the breakfast choices. The biscuits&gravy had great flavor as well as the potatoes!I can say I have stayed at more expensive and "upscale" places that didn't come close to comparing or meeting my families needs the way this Hawthorn Suites at Columbus West did!”
