“I want to live here! This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a historic building in an excellent location, stylishly and comfortably furnished throughout. From the street you do not even know it is a hotel and that is part of its charm. The swimming pool is stunning and well worth a visit. The staff are magnificent - friendly, welcoming, and really make you feel at home. This is the antithesis of the typical bland big luxury hotels in London (where I typically stay). The bar is nice and cosy, and the food in the restaurant is good. Probably the nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had. The homely guest-only honesty-bar in the library is a really nice touch. We had a 1st floor suite and it was superbly appointed, plenty of plug sockets (even US ones), hanger space and nice touches like a handwritten welcome and complimentary luxury chocolates. Modern and spacious bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. This is without doubt my new absolute favourite London hotel.”
