“I liked the views of the balcony, the staff very professional and cleanliness of the facilities. Building is also very nice and has a really cool swimming pool area at the other side of the road that you can access underneath, without leaving the hotel. It's just on the border of the river. Great place.”

“We had interconnecting rooms for us and the kids, and both rooms had great balcony views of the Nile. There's also a nice view of the river from the lift. The hotel staff were helpful. They stored our luggage for us when we flew to Abu Simbel for an overnight stay. We also hired a driver and people carrier for a day-trip to Luxor, which was really easy to arrange. Hiring a boat for a trip to Kitchener and Elephantine islands was also simple.”

“Extreme kindness of the staff (reception, restaurant, porters, security...). I had a mild medical problem & when I was about to book a massage in the spa, the manager offered us to upgrade our room; when we kindly refused to accept it, he made sure we got a compliment from the hotel. We felt really at home and we would stay there in our next visit.”

Our room was on the 5th floor with an amazing Nile view, the rooms were clean and comfortable and we all enjoyed the breakfast. The swimming pool was clean and overlooking the nile.
