“Great quality rooms, coupled with a superb business centre, a real gem. Nice to find that the bar prices were extremely reasonable, considering the location means that once you have booked in you will probably stay on site, extremely good value bar meal also, Steak and Eggs for £11.00.”
“Our visit was not a good experience. The premises mixes students and "hotel" guests in the same accommodation. The students were drunk and swearing; keeping everyone awake. The management really need to solve this problem.”

“Beautiful setting, well-equipped ensuite room with very comfortable bed, pillows in particular. Great hot shower and fluffy towels which really helped as I had an early morning start. Breakfast was fantastic, very friendly dining room staff really made a difference as I was staying alone. Food was excellent, great choice, well-cooked and staff clearing used crockery quickly. Stunning views from the dining room. Reception staff helpful, booked taxi, stored my bags etc.”
“Location is very quiet and right on the Thames. Rooms are ok suited for a single person really, we had to ask for additional towels . Shower is small but clean products are of good quality,. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, although there were very few pastries out on display, just 2 at a time. Maybe they thought we might take more than 2 ? Staff polite and friendly.. free coffee and papers in the lounge an added bonus.”
