“Staff absolutely friendly in helping out. We came in during peak carnaval. Our mistake, never thought about. Nice to explain to your colleagues it might be a bit more rumour as normal. We however got a nice email up front about this so... One colleague got another room following the noise although non of us 3 faced noise at night. As they had completely rebuild the whole area for the festival its a bit difficult to judge what it is looks like normally. Never the less we will take it next time too.”
