“The staff are super friendly and they make you feel like home, food is excellent, the hotel has everything you need. I had never felt so welcomed in a hotel! Jacuzzi out side was perfect, and the service at all times was to care about us being comfortable. Rooms are spacious, and new. Alejandro the manager is just excellent at his job. Hevilat is only few minutes away from all restaurants and small towns. We had an amazing time!”

He also gave me various lifts around the area and even dropped me off at the airport after my stay at hotel Hevilat. The surroundings of the hotel are amazing, very beautiful, full of different fruits and vegetables which the chef uses regularly for the menu. The breakfast was delicious and anything you could possibly want he will cook for you. Fully recommendable, I had a lovely stay, would love to come back!”

“It was like spending a night in modern Hacienda. A country house renovated in to a hotel. They have beautiful view from the rolling hills. The premises have fruit trees from which they serve a fabulous fresh orange drink for breakfast. Excellent location for base for bird watchers. In a morning I was lucky to see a flock of turquoise browed Mot Mot's and an Acorn Wood pecker right outside the front entrance which made my day. They have a stream down the road where I was able to see geese, ducks, grebes, vultures and fly catchers. The staff were wonderful. Very clean new building. Hot water showers! Close to the airport. Taxi costs around $50,000 pesos or less. I would certainly rent another room for a base when visiting Medellin on another trip.”
