“We’ve chosen to stay in the Suite with terrace. The room was big and had better finishes than the other rooms I’ve seen on the guesthouse. The family who runs this place is really nice and welcoming. Is a good place to meet other travellers. We’ve been invited to join a thanks giving dinner with other travelers on the day we’ve arrived. The vibe is good and relaxed. The view from the breakfast area is great. The food that the guesthouse cooks is really tasty.”
“Nice room, very clean, romantic! Great view from the balcony and from the garden. Breakfast is very good and not expensive at all. It’s also possible to have dinner. It’s a 45 min walk to ‘Lakeside’, but it was great to be in a quiet area!”
“The name says it all. It is off-the-beaten track and therefore quiet and with beautiful gardens to be enjoyed by all. The family live on site and make you feel part of the family they are always on hand to answer questions and all guests tend to chat together and become friends.”
“Location, location, location. This is a serene heaven only a short walk from the center. Highly recommend.”
“The hôtes are super nice and helpful. The arranged everything for us (including the flight ticket and paragliding)The view on the valley and on the lake are amazing. We definitely recommend this place ”
“The best place to stay in Pokhara! We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening and waking up with an amazing view on Fewa lake. We passed 6 nights there and had an amazing time, also the host helped us to organize trek to Annapurna. The atmosphere in the guest house was kind and friendly. We also liked our room, it was clean, with comfortable bed and hot water. Wi-fi worked well. We highly recommend it!”
“Beautiful setting with and absolutely stunning view overlooking Phewa Lake. Lovely, peaceful setting to eat breakfast and dinner outside while viewing the lake. Food was simple but delicious. We were traveling with 2 adult daughters and they put us in the round house which gave us the privacy of two rooms and a nice balcony to sit and visit in the evenings. They did an excellent job of arranging activities and transportation for us, especially given we visited during monsoon season. The family running the guest house was extremely friendly and made us feel at home, including a very friendly dog! Beautifully maintained gardens provided a very relaxing setting. It was very peaceful setting close to Lakeside in Pokhara, about a 20 minute walk to the outskirts of Lakeside, but far removed from the hustle and noise of the city. We really enjoyed the natural setting. The staff did help carry luggage in and out, which was very appreciated.”
“Great hospitality, excellent location, very clean property.”
“Fabulous little guesthouse run by a wonderful family who could not be more helpful. The views from the rooms over the lake were astounding. Lovely and clean and lots of hot water. We ate an evening meal with the family who went out of their way to accommodate our last minute change of plans. The property really is in a splendid quiet location.”
“Everything was great. The perfect place to relax for a few days. We stayed a few nights in Pokhara itself before moving out here, the view, greenery, quiet, staff, and garden all make this place wonderful. We could have easily stayed a lot longer. Food is really nice and inexpensive. You can eat together with the host family, or outside your room (or anywhere I'm sure). Tea is cheap and plentiful. Breakfast is simple and ideal. A small walk is required to get to the property, so be prepared if you have big bags. However this, combined with the distance from town gives the property a really nice feel of seclusion without being isolated. Walking into town isn't a mission, but you certainly don't feel like you're just one the outskirts which is nice. Rooms are simple, clean and well equipped for the price. Staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. Again, we would have loved to stay here longer.”
