“Staff extremely friendly. We had no issues of any kind. Temperature control was great for both day and night time, with no forced air that usually causes big swings in temperature through the on and off cycles. Their furnace + thermostat setup was as good as it gets in keeping a constant temperature to the value we set! The place was clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom were functional and fully stocked. The free DVD rental they have in the office was fantastic to entertain our 5 years old and give us a brief break. We felt very safe as both their property and the one next-door had a number of cameras overlooking the parking lot and the units. Our car was parked right outside our bedroom, so it was really easy to load / unload. The noise from the road was minimal and did not affect our sleep. Their check in/check out process is quick and flexible for after hours arrival (contact them though!). They are only a 10 minutes drive from Bear Mountain Ski Resort. We'll definitely come back here next time we are in town.”

“The room was clean and neat. It had a very pleasant and relaxing vibe, The staff was great. My wife got sick and we had to cut the stay by 1 night, They credited back the1 night to my credit card. The most amazing thing is I didn't ask for this, I had rented the room and the chance of them renting it at the last minute seemed remote, being a small business is tough enough without losing out on revenue, so I didn't ask. They will have my business in the years to come.”
