“Hilton Bath City was worthy of its 4 Star status. All staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to check into our room early, which was nice ! The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with a hot and cold buffet available. The location of the hotel is ideal, being only a short walk from the city centre.”
“Perfect location for shopping and Christmas markets, and super handy to be able to park directly underneath in the Podium (for £17.50). Also the breakfast was excellent, as a vegan I was super happy to find a blueberry muffin I could have, after a cooked breakfast and cereals. Yum. ”
“Staff across the board were really helpful and friendly. Very personable. Easy car parking right beneath the hotel - not a hotel car park but you get discounted rate. Big and very comfortable room (with lovely views of the river and Pultenay Bridge) - this was an added bonus as had booked a ‘cosy’ (small!) room and been upgraded. Comfy beds. Pet friendly so was able to take my dog which is so helpful. Great location near the Artisan Quarter. Good bar and restaurant. Buffet style breakfast which was included in our room rate - good choice, decent food and plenty of it. I was really pleasantly surprised by the Hilton as it doesn’t have great reviews online. Also very good customer care demonstrated with a welcome text on the morning of check-in plus a follow up text on our second day to see how it was going and if we were enjoying our stay.”
