“Excellent front desk staff!!! Booking.com was going to charge me for 3 nights, even though I could only stay two (had to get an elderly parent back home), but the two young gentlemen at the front desk Saturday morning were able to change the charge!!! Great service, which is why I will stay here again upon returning to Cincinnati.”
