I loved that the shuttle took me anywhere within 5 miles no need for a rental car!!! Shuttle service was pretty prompt! My new BFF Lance was the nicest ever. “We stayed just one night here at the end of our trip as it is close to DFW airport and offered a free shuttle service. It is a lovely plush hotel, with an indoor pool, and a few restaurants/eateries a few mins walk away. It is also close to downtown Grapevine which is a lovely area - the hotel also offers a shuttle within a 5 mile radius, so I would recommend going there and eating at Tolberts! The staff at the hotel were so sweet and lovely. We had a problem with our coffee maker and they helped us right away. The shuttle driver was really friendly. The indoor pool is a real treat for a late night swim to!”
“When we first arrived we were impressed with what we got for the price we paid. The staff was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. My favorite thing about the room was the bed and probably the radio as well. The bed had a knob on the side that you were able to adjust from firm to soft, that was a big bonus. The breakfast is $10.99 all you can made to order and it was well worth it. One major thing my fiancé and I were excited about was the shuttle service they provided. Anything within a 5 mile radius was free, when you needed to be picked up you just call and their on their way. Since it was the holiday the shuttle service ended at 11 pm however if you were to use a taxi/uber etc. they reimburse you for it 100%. I loved that there was a bar too in the lobby so we didn't have to go out and drink. Great touch! I would recommend this place to anyone.”
