“Staff was not friendly. Left leggings and called shortly after Irealized I had left them and staff didn't even bother calling meback. Had to follow up several times only to be told that they didnot find leggings. Obviously someone had taken them and theydidn't bother to apologize of even replace or even look into theissue. Never coming back to this hotel. Staff is super unhelpful andunreliable. No regard for customer service whatsoever. Stayed at BestWestern Avita after my stay at Hilton and staff there was 100%better. Stay there instead!”

“No airport shuttle , but can be reached by public transport ( 'G' bus and Metro from LAX ). Pleasant staff, nice room and 20 minute walk from decent local shopping areas. Breakfast $14.95 was good.”
