“I work in the hospitality industry and I was really impressed by the staff - front desk, housekeeping, and waitstaff. I also appreciate how clean the facility was and how accommodating everyone was. Each morning when we passed the in the hallway, the housekeepers asked how we were, if we were able to rest overnight, and if our rooms needed anything - which I thought was incredibly nice. Without my asking, they also offered a ground floor room close to the exit at check-in because my mom has some mobility problems and walking long distances is difficult for her. I traveled with my dog and I appreciated how clean and close the pet area was outside. The Garden cafe is one of the best hotel restaurants I've eaten at - we were pleasantly surprised by the quality (and again, friendliness of the staff). All in all, it was a great experience and I'd easily choose the Hilton Garden Inn again if I find myself in O'Fallon. thanks for the great experience!”
