“Advertised 1 free hour of Wi-fi. We therefore took it that we would be paying after that time. It turned out that after having been on line for approximately 4 hrs, there was no charge. No charge is what I was expecting to get beforehand, and in common with cheaper hotel chains. Stay therefore would have been enhanced if we’d have known what we now know. The rating score reflects this. The plus side is all staff were smiley, helpful and friendly.”
“Fantastic stay at the hotel for 2 nights. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and were made very welcome. We would like to say a special thank you to Joanne ( and her mum Betty) in the restaurant. They were incredibly friendly, warm and very accommodating.They took the time to make our stay at the Hilton just wonderful and made it a truly memorable stay. Please pass on our gratitude to them and their management. They need a salary rise for just how good they are!”
