“Great location, close enough to the docks, shops and bars but was quiet enough on an evening, the room had its own heating/cooling system which was nice. Overall very lovely hotel and a most pleasant stay!”
“I booked the junior suite with lounge access on Christmas night for me and my girlfriend to stay the night and I thought £155 for the night was very reasonable. As we were checking in the man working on the fest gave us our keys and said 'happy Christmas you have been upgraded to the presidential suite for no extra cost' the suite only happens to be the best suite in the hotel and it was fantastic!”

“A decent sized comfortable room with a good view looking out over the docks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pleasant bar and seating area, with lovely snacks and cocktails on offer. Breakfast with a wide and varied choice as you would expect. A big screen showing football might not be to everyone's liking, but it suited us just fine, especially in a football city like Liverpool. Location was excellent, next to the docks and Liverpool One shopping area and just 15 minutes walk to Lime Street station and the city centre.”
