“Hotel staff were all very accommodating, spoke English very well and were happy to try and help in any way possible. Room service was prompt and laundry service was good albeit not cheap. I did have an issue with a meal being undercooked however this was promptly resolved with a fresh meal and, 2 free drinks as a bonus and an additional 3 free items from the 'Snax' shop in the lobby. Restaurant/Room Service meals and breakfast were priced very reasonably and also very flavourful with the ingredients complementing each other well.”
