“Location was fab, building fab, staff great, clean, breakfast great, Love Costa coffee on sight. Rubbish Wi Fi........and your beds........please change them. We had room 219 and our friends room 243 and they had the same problem, they are hard and very uncomfortable. That spoilt it, but everything else was lovely.Also when I booked I requested flowers and a card as prompted, as it was my anniversary but when we arrived there was nothing, that really dissappointed me as I expected to surprise my wife with this and it didnt happen.”
