“Staff is not trained in hospitality, worst the concierges that can not speak well english and missundertund all that guest tried to explain to them. You can not send parcels via express courriers as you have to lose 1 hour explaining to them instructions. All the girls arround the lobby dont understand anything you may ask. if you ask water they give you hot water and when you explain that you wanted cold water they add ice to the hot water.. disaster ! if you need to ask about train stations information, you can loose 2 hours in front of them who talk between them and not with you, and at the end answer is negative to all you asked.”
