“Great location central to the coast, Los Angeles and surrounding areas and Universal Studios. The valet and front desk were great as I checked in close to midnight. As I went to check in, I realized I had forgoten my wallet in the car and valet was immediately called and brought my car back. For it being so late, the front desk was friendly and accomodating, even offering me extra water when she mentioned the water in the room was complimentary. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and I realized I had a balcony.”
