“The best thing about the hotel was the warmth and care of the family who own it, and who took the time to introduce themselves, offer tea or coffee whenever I arrived back at the hotel from a day out - as well as Alex who does everything - arrange transfers, excursions, check up on well-being. He makes a good omelette too! I felt safe and secure and well looked after.”

“The location of the hotel is great and very near to everything. Alex was awesome. He provided all the information we needed. We were running late to get back to the hotel before our flight and when we reached back, Alex already arranged our bags in the airport transfer car and we just had to get in and go. The service is so amazing. The breakfast was 5star quality, the egg scramble was to die for. We were laughing at first when Alex showed the umbrella in the cupboard and then it rained. We were amazed by the quality of service and attention to details. Highly recommending it!”
“I love everything about this hotel. We changed hotel from a 5-star to this one and we are so happy for that decision. The room and everything about this hotel is captivating. The staff (Alex) and the owners (Arthur, Michael and Nora) are so helpful and friendly. Personalized breakfast from Alex. Had a nice chat with Arthur. Nora played piano for us. Michael drove us to airport at 4 AM. I felt like I was at home surrounded by lovely people. Thank you so much!”

“Beautiful. Wonderful location. The property arranged for pickup from the Airport and dropped us back on our return/ Equidistant from Cascade and Republic Square. Easy walking to both the attractions. Vernissaaj, the prime shopping paradise, Tavern Yerevan, Lavash the two good Armenian Restaurants are very close to this property. The property has a small but green garden. Alex the manager did a wonderful job in making our stay most comfortable. Will definitely return to the same place for our next visit.”
