“Comfortable and relaxed hotel,built above the beach but also in the centre of town adjacent to a pedestrianised area. Was private hotel but has become a Holiday Inn over recent years with investment in upgrading of rooms and public areas. Stayed here many times over the years and is great value in the winter season.”

We had booked a double room with sea view but on arrival we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge which was a lovely surprise. “Fantastic hotel in an absolutely exceptional place, right on the beach front. We had an incredible room with fantastic sea views and fell completely in love with the beach and the hotel. The hotel staff were incredible and made our stay as wonderful as possible, even going as far as creating a dessert for dinner that we had not eaten in Portugal for many, many years. We are now planning our next stay at the Holiday Inn Algrave within the next few months and will be repeat visitors for many years to come.”
