- The property offers a free shuttle service to Birmingham International Rail Station, running from 05.00 to 11.00 every 30 minutes, every hour between 11.00 and 13.00 and every 30 minutes between 15.00 and 23.15. “I was visiting the Ganting Arena (Phil Collins' concert). The location of the hotel is perfect. There is a free shuttle bus in every 30 mins between the airport train station (the Arena is about 10 mins walk) and the hotel. Even, it is directly beside the airport, the rooms are quiet. On-site parking is free. Internet (wifi) is working. The personal is friendly, chek-in and out are quick. Specially the bus driver was very friendly. He was ready to do a second (extra) trip after the concert, if there were more guests heading back to the hotel. It is a nice gesture and a valued service. It is nice to have places, where the customer is still in focus!”
