“This was my second trip to Cardiff with my daughter visiting Cardiff University. We stayed at the Cardiff Holiday Inn because of the way we were treated by the staff in April 2015, though we weren't guests of the hotel at that time. We were looking for directions, and the staff gave us a map, and took their time pointing out certain landmarks to make the walk to our destination easier. They asked us if we need a taxi or anything else even though I told them we weren't guests. The hotel staff made a very good impression on my daughter and I.”
