“What a joy, to stay in a British hotel where there is ample space (both in the room and the dining area), furnishings are modern and pleasingly designed, and amenities are generously provided (yes, there was Kleenex!). Thick, warm duvets. A thermostat in the room (and it worked properly). Blackout curtains. Thick pillows. We wanted to stay there an extra day. Oh, and there was a proper desk in the room. And fast wifi. And ample free parking.”
“All the staff were extra friendly and helpful. I liked that the bathroom door could be closed to isolate the toilet to allow another person to use the sink etc.. if they needed to. I have not seen this before in another hotel. The hotel is about 10 mins drive from the city centre.”
