- Please note that if paying by cash, the full room rate plus a security deposit of GBP 50 is required at check-in for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable on check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<br><br>If booking a Double Room with Sofa Bed and you require the hotel to set up the extra bed, please inform the hotel via the Special Requests box during the booking process.<br><br>On 11 and 12 September 2017, there will be no access to the hotel via the A38 North. Guests can access the hotel from the A38 South and both M5 exits between 20:00 and 6:00.<br><br>The A38 will be closed from Webbs of Wychbold down to the M5, Jct 5 roundabout. There will still be access from this roundabout to the hotel (although there will be a road closed sign). Guests should contact the hotel for more information.
