“I spend most weekends in hotels all around Europe and the staff here were among the friendliest I've met.”
“* Clean, up to date surroundings. Perhaps they have recently had a renovation but everything looked new-ish and tidy. * Decent breakfast with choice. Cooked breakfast (not a lot of choice, but for the price who can complain!) with cereals, croissants, muffins and toast. * Tidy bedroom, with clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Also looked like they had recently renovated. Tall mirror (perfect for getting ready in front of!), hairdryer, desk with chair. * Stairs and lifts to floors * Friendly approachable staff * Car parking only £3 * Free Wi-Fi for 24 hrs, code given at check in.”

“Amber on night duty was helpful and friendly but the rest of the staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The bed dipped down in the middle so my hubby and I were extremely uncomfortable all night. Someone was smoking in their room and the smell was disgusting and seeped under our door. Other residents were very noisy. We have come home so tired. Sorry for moaning but I’ve never had such a bad stay anywhere. This is the only time I’ve complained.”
