“I had booked this through booking.com, but I did not see any link that would allow me to utilize my Military discount. But since I could pay at the hotel, I assumed that is where I would use my discount option. When I got to the hotel, the clerk stated that since I booked through booking.com, I could not adjust anything on the reservation. I did inform her of the "no option" and ask for her to contact a manager. The manager did allow me to use the military discount, I assume because we were only staying one night. After that, everything was great. The bed was firm and comfortable, even the pillows were comfortable. The AC in our room worked great, the TV worked. The food at breakfast was good and fresh. I would for sure stay there again, but will make sure I either get the discount options or call directly. No more third party.”
“The little extras like the paper towels, plates, forks, dishsoap in the cabinet was very convenient! And having soft and firm pillows and them being labeled on the pillow cases stood out! And the shower head was very nice!!!”
“Quite a normal, clean, modern hotel. Nice location. "No" gym. And the pool was not open. Just a bit too expensive for what it is. But all in all fine.”
