“The hotel staff was great. We booked a king suite for $214. When we got to the room it wasn’t a suite just a king room. I doubled check booking.com and I did book a suite. Went to to front desk and talked to the staff. She said that booking.com booked a king room with a upgrade to a king suite if it was available. Well guess what? It was not available so we were downgraded to a king room even though we paid for a suite. The lady at the desk said that booking.com has done that a lot lately. She was nice enough to take the rate from $214 down to $109. I do not plain on booking with booking.com if there going to treat us like that.”

“Nothing. The worst experience we've ever had. Poor customer service and confusing online booking. WE booked in Sept 2016 for special graduation weekend. Rates already high. On arrival, told we only booked double bed room as "preferred" and that it wasn't guaranteed and they never had such accommodations even in September. We were not told this at that time.”
