“Didn’t have rooms we booked and I called to verify. Spoke to manager who was rude. Was charged for rollaway beds in rooms when wasn’t customers vault. Staff and manager doesn’t think outside the box to help correct errors. I had 4 rooms booked when the hotel was sold out. I called half a dozen times in 6 months to verify beds in each room and they still messed I️t up.”
“I appreciate everything you did to make accommodations for me. I was on a job to deliver generators to Hurricane Irma victims and got caught up in it myself in Davenport, nothing open, no food, water or lavatory accommodations it was horrible, but my sister checked all over closer to my destination and found Holiday Inn and I am very grateful for your service, as well as I know you were grateful for what I was doing coming down from PA”

“I arrived about 9:30 p.m., driving to Jacksonville from Boca Raton and just ran out of steam. The receptionist was friendly and my room was comfortable. For a simple stop on the road, it was just what I needed. On my way north in the morning, I got off the highway at the next exit and hit up the Lucky's market for fresh squeezed OJ and a tasty pastry. I even got in a bit of grocery shopping! That is a fun grocery store if you're ever in the neighborhood.”

We were inFlorida buying a home. The hotel is very mobility scooter/wheelchair-friendly. There are automatic doors. They also have nice handicappedshowers. Great parking too.”
