“We enjoyed our two night stay at the hotel. Courteous and professional staff. Room tidied when we arrived back the second day. Excellent coffee and breakfast.”
“I was able to walk to the pickelball courts and play with Villagers and was warmly welcomed!”
“Everyone on the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, especially after a wonderful breakfast!..Our room was very nice and clean and the beds were wonderful...We would stay there again soon!”
“The location was excellent. It seemed the facility itself needs quite an overhaul. We were on the 3rd floor, and there was a whole in the hallway ceiling from what must have been a roof leak. It seems trivial, but when we checked in I could see there were two computers available for guests and a printer (for printing boarding passes, which I think a lot of older guests appreciate). We arrived Monday afternoon and by Wednesday morning the printer did not work. It is a major inconvenience when a boarding pass needs to be printed, and there is not a functioning printer. The printer or printers for staff were not working either. We left Saturday morning, and my opinion is the printer should have been fixed sometime in that previous three day time frame.”
“we are very with our stay last year we spent 4 3 day weekends at your hotel and were pleased with our stay and wil do the same this year joseph j meyer”
