“From the moment you walk in, the staff has taken every opportunity to insure guests feel welcome and at home. Right down to fresh popcorn for a snack and fresh coffee available 24 hours a day. Cookies and milk before bed was a wonderful touch. I have never seen a hotel so clean. Staff is thorough and it is clear that training is top notch. Every employee I encountered made me feel welcome and important. Every "hello" was followed by "is there anything I can help you with"...fantastic!”
