“This hotel is like being lost in a maze...mutiple elevators that go to floors 1,3 and 4 and other elevators only go to floors 2 and 3. Hallways are confusing and long. Distance to parking is really far especially with luggage. Husband named this place Hotel California..."you can check in anytime you like, but you can never leave"....because you can't find your way out! Would be a nightmare if a fire ever broke out! Especially since elevators only worked intermittantly.”

“Being from Washington State it was nice to walk into our room and it was cool already. The staff before we arrived was helpful and pleasant even when we were late for check-in. And the staff at 2 am in the morning was pleasant and helpful for our time of departure. They even had a fresh pot of coffee made! Having a larger size pet area was also a bonus not to mention it was placed on the shaded side of the bldg. It was the perfect spot away from the Vegas strip. Quiet, clean and cool.”
