“The whole stay was great. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I have been staying in hotels a lot lately and I would say that your hotel is better that the Crown Plaza in Ventura. I requested a quiet room and you gave it to me. I called to say we would be late and there was not problem with that. I asked for more pillows and they were promptly delivered. Can't complain about anything except I wish you had room service. I didn't want to leave!!! Thanks for a great stay. Ann Marie and Carlos”
