“Stacy was absolutely wonderful. We arrived an hour early for check in and she went out of her way to see if she could get us in so we did not have to wait. She was able to find us a different room and we were able to go right in. She was super nice and even helped us get connected to the WiFi. She exceeded great customer service and that is what I look for first! Other than her being amazing, the beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in (other than my home bed lol)! The pool and hot tub were clean and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful! Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience!”
