“The staff was superb!!! I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm every time I encountered a staff member. They were all helpful, and the shuttle driver made traveling to Easton Mall very easy so that I didn't have to worry about parking at the mall. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and even better, the breakfast center was sparkling clean. Additionally, I was traveling via automobile to the McCoy Center in New Albany, and this hotel was a perfect location for attending a conference there! Traveling Sunbury Road to 161 East to New Albany Road....and I was at my destination in 12 minutes during the busy time of the morning. I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites near Easton the next time I travel to the Columbus area. It felt like home away from home.”
“Wonderfully designed room! Great bed, loved all the lighting and power jack availability. I was on business and the room was very functional. Also a large TV set at a great angle to the bed. Loved the bath/shower design also.”
