“The room was clean and the breakfast was good, the staff members were not all that friendly. the stay was ok. During our stay there was a child's birthday party in the conference room and in the pool area, floor was wet from the children running back and forth from the pool to the conference room, and it was very loud. I stayed 1 night at this facility and upon check out I paid cash for my room, the hotel also charged my credit card for the stay, so I was double charged for the room and they even denied doing it. Email the cash receipt and the credit card statement and the manager didn't even apologize just blamed two other employees. Finally got my refund 2 weeks later. Will not stay here again!”
