“They gave me an adjoining room with noisy neighbors, and when I called the desk to say so, very quickly and apologetically changed me to a quiet room--great, gracious service. The coffee was decent, and the person attending the breakfast area was lovely—she noticed when I could not figure out the pancake machine, and brought me the pancakes. Of course, the trademark cinnamon rolls were awesome. The breakfast room was attractive--it's a nice, clean hotel. Not too crowded, clean and bright. The hotel felt safe and well-cared-for. I could park right by the entrance.”
