“There was a mix-up with our reservation. I had reserved a room with two double beds. When my 19-year old son and I got to the hotel, our room had one king bed. The woman at the front desk considered the problem for a few seconds, and then gave us a family suite for the price of the room we had booked. It was bigger than my first apartment. And so clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the fact that I did not have to argue to get a room that worked for us. And there was a laundry facility in the hotel, which was great since we had packed very light for a long trip.”
