The staff was all courteous and warm-welcoming, from the bellboy, receptionists, operators and even the housekeepers I bumped into. Especially the concierge lady who helped us on our check-in was very attentive and thoughtful. She managed to guess from our attire and makeup that we were newlyweds and provided a quiet room and plus a welcome drink coupon which was meant exclusively for the hotel members.
