“Re: the restaurant for breakfast: We did not know that breakfast at the restaurant (next door to the lobby) was not included in the room cost until after we had eaten. It was a bit expensive, but both the service and food were very good.”
“I went to this Holiday Inn after three different flights I had booked out of ORD that evening were canceled. It was well past midnight, and I was tired and frustrated. The staff was wonderful, my check in was quick (and they gave me a toothbrush & toothpaste), the room was large, the bed was comfortable. I was able to get a few hours' sleep before returning to the airport and getting a flight home. The Holiday Inn was a badly needed oasis on an otherwise horrible night!
